Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AiM rules for companies, Galapagos discloses that Onno van de Stolpe, a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, notified the Company on 25 March 2008 that he purchased a total of 6,254 Galapagos shares in the following tranches: 2,000 shares at €6.52 on 7 March 2008; 1,841 shares at €6.17 on 13 March 2008; 1,000 shares at €5.95 on 18 March 2008; 596 shares at €5.80 on 19 March 2008; and 817 shares at €5.66 on 20 March 2008. As a result of these share purchases, Mr Van de Stolpe’s total interest in the share capital of the Company increased from 47,159 shares (representing 0.22% of the share capital) to 53,413 shares (representing 0.25% of the share capital).
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AiM rules for companies, Galapagos discloses that Dr Andre Hoekema, a member of the Executive Committee, notified the Company on 25 March 2008 that he purchased 2,000 Galapagos shares in the following tranches: 1,000 shares at €6.52 on 7 March 2008; and 1,000 shares at €5.85 on 19 March 2008. As a result of these share purchases, Dr Hoekema’s total interest in the share capital of the Company increased from 5,400 shares (representing 0.03% of the share capital) to 7,400 shares (representing 0.03% of the share capital).
