On 21 December 2007, application was made for 32,032 shares in Galapagos N.V. (the “Company”) to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market (‘AIM’) market of the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the exercise of warrants. These shares rank pari passu with the Company’s existing shares and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 31 December 2007.
