On 1 December 2005, application was made for 105,066 shares in Galapagos NV (the “Company”) to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the settlement of further consideration in respect of the recommended offer for BioFocus plc and pursuant to the exercise of Galapagos warrants. These shares rank pari passu with the Company’s existing shares and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 5 December 2005.
